The college has implemented a tutorial scheme aimed at enhancing the overall tone of the institution and fostering closer interactions between faculty and students. Under this scheme, students are organized into groups, each assigned a teacher known as a “tutor.” These tutors will provide personalized attention to the students in their respective groups, monitoring their progress and behaviour, and offering academic guidance. Additionally, tutors will maintain personal diaries documenting the conduct, character, and progress of the students under their care. The successful execution of the scheme falls under the responsibility of the chief coordinator. All student representations to the Principal or College office must be channelled through their respective tutors, accompanied by specific remarks from the tutor.
