          Department of chemistry was established in 2020. The establishment of the department is due to provide insights into a variety of physical and biological phenomena. The department currently offers undergraduate course in chemistry (BSc Chemistry). Presently department has 3 faculty members. In the last year first batch students of chemistry department passed with good marks and graduated.
